Spaghetti with Pork Sauce

I love this sauce. Its so rich and delicious!

Need:

ground pork
white wine
large can of whole San Marzano tomatoes
3 pickled pepperoncini peppers
some chopped mushrooms
fennel seeds
oregano
red pepper flakes
2 cloves of sliced garlic
spaghetti noodles
salt
1 tbsp of butter

Chop mushrooms, garlic, and pepperoncini peppers.

Pour tomatoes into a bowl and squeeze to break apart into big chunks.

Put some olive oil in the pan and add garlic and red pepper flakes. Saute for about 1 minute on med-low.

Put pork into a bowl, add about 2 cups of white wine and squish together.

Add pork and wine to pan. Saute until mostly cooked through.

Add mushrooms, peppers, fennel, and oregano.

Add tomatoes and let simmer on low for about 45 minutes. Add some pasta water if it starts to get dry.

Taste and salt towards the end. It should look like this.

Add pasta directly to pan and a pat of butter. Stir together well and add a little parmesan to tighten it all up.

Serve. OMG so good.
