Need:
Pork shoulder steaks
brown sugar
garlic powder
cayenne pepper
white pepper
paprika
s+p
soy sauce
red wine vinegar
Mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, white pepper, paprika, s+p in a mixing bowl, making sure to break up any clumps. Add about 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp red wine vinegar.
Pour over you pork shoulder steaks.
Rub it in and grill until done.
The sugar caramelizes onto the meat and makes it nice and sweet and barbecue-y. This was delicious with some rice. Oh yes.
