Need:
Scallops chopped into large pieces
dash of fish sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce
handful of chopped cilantro
1-2 cloves sliced garlic
a little oil
Put chopped garlic in hot oil and let fry for a quick minute
Add scallops and cook, while stirring, for another minute (2 minutes longer if eating right away)
Add dash of fish sauce, 2 tsp of oyster sauce and chopped cilantro (black pepper is good here too)
Serve on top of rice. Note that I cooked the scallops a little rare because 1. Scallops are delicious slightly undercooked/raw (Japanese influence here) and 2. because he'll be microwaving this for lunch, cooking it the rest of the way. Genius is what you may call me.
My comment on the latest post was going to be about how disappointed Joe must have been to have such a vegetal meal, but it looks like you have it covered.
